Customer Support Specialist
About the role:
You will play an important role within the company supporting various security services which include the exchange of cryptographic keys with global customers and support these customers via email and phone.
Other services you and your team support include processing of transactions using features such as PIN, CVC, EMV chip and cryptographic functionality.
This is a junior position so training and support will be provided.

This is a 12 month contract based in Waterloo, Belgium which will be extended with view to gain permanent employer after 24 months.
You will work with highly skilled team in a positive working environment.
The successful applicant will receive support and training relating to transaction security & cryptographic keys.
