Ericsson Prepaid Expert - Remote Working - Spanish Speaking

(Ericsson, Prepaid, CCN, OCC, ECMS, AIR, VS, SDP, IVR, CDR)

We are searching for an Ericsson Prepaid Expert to work remotely from home supporting an operator project in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Daily duties to consist of:
Optimization Integrations will work, audit and optimize their assign element or platforms to improve customer services.
Perform monitoring, analysis, diagnostics, recommendations and reports according to area of competence.
Provide operational assistance in daily Back Office activities (alarm management and troubleshooting, follow-up cases, routine development and execution, fault support, etc.).
Help the Wireless Back Office and different areas of the company for the implementation of projects of improvements to the Wireless Network.
Carry out knowledge transfer to Network Operations Center (COR) personnel.
Provide out-of-hours support, weekends and holidays (Assisting during planned interventions on the network or executing them because of the complexity of the activity).
Document processes and prepare instructions, using industry best practices, for use by COR personnel.
Develop custom scripts and configurations.
Report progress made for activities, remaining activities, and points under analysis.

As Mobile Optimization Integrations Prepaid - Resource in charge of the operation of prepaid platforms, prepaid plans and adjustments of these with Marketing.
Operational Assistance & Engineering

Develop and execute processes for new maintenance routines for the operational team.
Document procedures and transfer knowledge of prepaid systems for use by Engineering and Operations personnel.
Monitors performance indicators (KPIs) of prepaid items.
Development and maintains Jobs flows needed for the IT ecosystem to change plans and recharges.
Prepare reports from SDP and other platforms that are sent revenue assurance.
Operational assistance in upgrades and patches of the different servers of the prepaid solution.
Assist change of prepaid equipment cards and hardware components
Make country entries and prepaid Roaming collection rules.
Helps with prepaid system integrations with 3rd party applications and Core engineering.
Helps with transaction failures and analysis.
Performs reconciliation scripts and prepaid database entries.
Assist Mediation in reviewing CDR rules of the different prepaid elements.
Supports CCN and OCC layouts for different engineering production and implementation tests.
Provides or develop customized prepaid services.
Performs marketing advisory function with respect to the creation and/or changes of rules and flows that they want to implement for plans and correction in them.

Marketing Assistance
Designs all plans and customized prepaid production products on demand from Marketing.
Test the bidding rules, bonuses, parameter changes and expiration.
Prepare prepaid collection flows, future credit buckets as requested.
Perform migrations and forfeiture of prepaid plans.
Make tax adjustments on prepaid plans
