We have a contracting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (via 3rd party Vendor). The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the business through strategic people management and driving HR initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Partner closely with business leaders to implement the People Strategy.

Collaborate with Centres of Excellence, Shared Services Centre, and other People Business Partners (regionally and globally) to ensure successful execution of processes and initiatives.

Lead subject matter expertise within the HR team and deliver key HR projects end-to-end, including monitoring progress and evaluating impact.

Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases from start to finish, providing guidance and support to People Managers throughout the process.

Work closely with People Managers and the Talent Acquisition team on hiring decisions and onboarding processes.

Provide data-driven reports and analytics as required.

Partner with management to ensure successful performance management and change management delivery.

Plan and implement leadership development, performance management, rewards, and change management initiatives.

Apply knowledge of local laws and regulations to provide direct support in talent management, employee relations, total rewards, recruitment, and development.

Experience:

Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.

Proven success in developing and implementing programs end-to-end.

Analytical thinking with the ability to build data-driven business cases.

Ability to demonstrate tangible business impact and continuous improvement.

Experience in Employee Relations (ER) and coaching/developing People Managers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Ideally a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (or working towards membership).

Experience in coaching, consulting, problem-solving, and project management.

Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong analytical capabilities.

Candidate Requirements:

Robust experience handling ER and redundancy scenarios.

Experience in a large corporate multinational environment.

Strong employee relations background and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience.

Experience in the Tech industry preferred.
