IT Network Operations Engineer (NOC)
We are looking for an IT NOC Agent to join a dynamic operations team supporting large-scale enterprise network infrastructures across multiple European locations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to incidents via ticketing systems and monitoring toolsDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and infrastructure issuesAnalyse alerts related to performance, capacity, and security eventsEscalate and liaise with 2nd/3rd line support teamsCommunicate incident updates and service changes clearly to stakeholdersHandle service requests not yet fully automatedSupport on-site interventions and technical room operations when required
Required Skills & Technologies
Strong understanding of networking: DNS, HTTP, SSL, IPSEC, TCP/UDP, IPExperience with routing and switching principlesKnowledge of security technologies: firewalls (Checkpoint, Fortinet, Juniper), proxies (Blue Coat), DNS (BIND), F5 load balancingFamiliarity with SD-WAN (Juniper preferred)Scripting skills: Bash and/or PerlExperience in incident management / IT operations environment
