IT Project/Programme Manager

We are searching for a IT Project Manager with a strong background in telecom transformation and large-scale technology delivery. We're looking for a driven professional to lead a strategic Customer Care transformation programme, helping modernise legacy contact centre platforms into a next-generation digital and AI-enabled solution.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and coordinate complex IT project delivery across business, IT and external partners.
• Organise governance meetings and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate programme risks to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee technical implementation, testing and deployment, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
• Drive operational excellence, support change management activities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track project progress, budgets and key milestones, providing regular status updates to senior stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years' experience in IT Project or Programme Management.
• Proven experience delivering complex projects within the telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of Telecom BSS environments.
• Previous technical experience with knowledge of system integration, APIs, connectivity and security.
• Experience managing multiple delivery partners, including offshore teams.
• Previous experience leading RFP/RFQ processes is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior leadership.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
