Release and Change Manager
(Change, Tooling, IT)
This role will report to the Head of HR, Communication and Business Support as the company enters into a new era where major change will take place
relating to tooling, Operational Changes and technology evolution. These changes will impact the whole organisation with more acute impact in several types of
domains.
As the Change Manager you will:
Play a crucial role in managing and implementing these change initiatives across the organization.
Work closely with various departments to ensure that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans.
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
• Design and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
• Communicate change initiatives effectively to all levels of the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide support and guidance to employees during the transition period.
As the Change Manager, you have major interactions with:
• The team managers and project/process owners
• The management team
• Employees / contractors impacted by change
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Change Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, PMP) are a plus.
