We are searching for a Senior (German Speaking) Genesys PureConnect Consultant responsible for the architecture, technical strategy and design of next generation contact center solutions and Customer eXperience journey.
Respnsible for Coordinating Genesys Operations teams and supporting operational and architectural challenges of Genesys PureConnect platform. Guide and lead internal and external CX stakeholders for an optimal customer experience.
* Strong experience in using Genesys Framework architecture, operations and administration practices
* Expertise in Universal Routing and Solution Reporting components related to inbound routing of voice interactions.
* Experience in migrations to the cloud and running CX transformation projects
* Very good understanding and hands on experience in voice and collaboration solutions
* Hands on experience in integration of CRMs such as Salesforce, and Bots to Genesys
Must Speak Fluent German and English
Hybrid role based in Europe.
